Men and women’s vitality include a variety of services to help you look good, feel good, and have great sex.

The process usually begins by looking at you hormones through a simple blood or saliva test and then restoring them to your optimal levels. Example of some the hormones that may be tested include: estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol (stress hormone), DHEA, SHBG, thyroid, pregnenelone and of course there may be others. Once we determine which of the hormones you are low or high on, we then make a plan that will restore you to physiologic levels by utilizing Bio-Identical Hormones (see info on Bio-Identical Hormones) and supplements. In many instances, this usually resolves most issues, however, there may some additional areas that need addressed that will depend on you individually. Some of these may include weight loss, nutritional support, food sensitivity testing, detoxification, etc.
